Are you retired? Looking for a new challenge or simply wanting to stay fit? Then our Active Ageing Programme is perfect as it is a great way to meet new people and engage in physical activity and keep fit.
The activities area all low impact and consist of group and independent sessions and after the activity why not catch up over a coffee with friends in our café.
Our activities include swimming, gym, walking football, badminton, indoor short mat bowls, dance, pilates and chi me.
