Levels 1-8

A unique pathway of skills and swimming techniques designed to improve strength and stamina in water. Ensures children progress at their own pace to achieve a high standard of swimming ability.

After level 8 you can proceed onto Bangor Swim Club Dolphins programme or why not try our very own diving programme.  For more information on Dolphins please contact membership.bangorsc@gmail.com or for more details on diving classes and prices check out our diving page or contact Reception 02891 270 271,
