Online Booking Issues

Apologies we've got gremlins in our online systems! We are working hard to resolve issues with our bookings and online services, but do pop in for your session as you normally would while we get things back to normal.

Swim Gala - 27th & 28th June

Swimming Lessons (Non-Swimmers to Improvers) will take place in the Glass House Pool until 12.30pm on Saturday 27th & Sunday 28th June, after which the Glass House Pool will also open to the public for Family Fun Swims. Intermediate, Advanced, and Advanced+ lessons will be cancelled. During gala weekend, you can use the facilities over at Stoke Mandeville Stadium - just remember to show your Aqua Vale membership at reception!

Competition Pool Closure - 25th June

Our Competition Pool is closed from 6am -3pm on Thursday 25th June for essential maintenance. Lane swimming will take place in the Glass House Pool all day instead.

£50 High Street Voucher Terms & Conditions:

•    The Promoter is Serco Leisure Operating Limited (company number: 04687478), Lancer House, 38 Scudamore Road, Leicester, LE3 1UQ
•    The “£50 High Street Voucher prize draw” offer is available to members of any MORE Leisure Centre completing the survey in full.
•    Entries for the “£50 High Street Voucher prize draw” on behalf of another person will not be accepted
•    The winners of the prize draw will be selected in the last week of March, June, September and December 2025.
•    The winner for “£50 High Street Voucher prize draw” will be chosen by a random draw of entries received in accordance with these terms and conditions
•    The prize will be a £50 “Love to Shop” voucher
•    The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
•    The winners will be notified via email. If a winner does not respond within 14 days of being notified, then the winner's prize will be forfeited, and Serco shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above (and that winner will have to respond to notification of their win within 14 days or else they will also forfeit their prize)
•    If a winner rejects their prize, or their entry is invalid or in breach of these terms and conditions, the winner's prize will be forfeited, and Serco shall be entitled to select another winner by random draw
•    Not applicable to Serco Leisure Operating Ltd employees
•    Serco shall use and take care of any personal information you supply to it as described in its privacy policy and in accordance with data protection legislation. By entering the Prize Draw, you agree to the collection, retention, and usage of your personal information to process and contact you about your Prize Draw entry (Data policy can be found on leisure centre websites)
•    Offer may be withdrawn or amended at any time and without notice
•    Management reserves the right to cancel or refuse to offer the prize to the winner with justified reason
