Pool Hoist

Just a quick heads-up that our pool hoist is currently out of action due to an unexpected fault. The good news is that our team are already on the case and working to get it fixed as quickly as possible. If you're hoping to use the pool and would normally require the hoist, please give us a call  on  01296 484848 before your visit. We'll do our very best to explore ways we can support you and help you enjoy your time with us. Thank you for your patience and understanding while we get access back to the pool for everyone.

Quieter Hours

Every visitor to our centre is important to us and we want to help make your visit as easy as possible. At our centre, we're introducing Quieter Hours to support our visitors with sensory needs.

Our Quieter Hours are operating every Wednesday 12pm - 2pm and Thursday 8am - 10am.

While we aim to keep the centre as peaceful as possible throughout our Quieter Hours, our centre may be busier at these times during the school holidays.

MORE Memberships

For customers who love to pay-as-you-go at our centre, we recommend registering for a free MORE Membership! With a MORE Membership, booking into our classes & activities online is a breeze and you'll also be able to access all the features on our My MORE App too including tracking your workouts and gaining reward points to redeem in the centre and more!

While you can currently book activities as a guest, we highly recommend you sign-up for our free MORE Membership to make pay-as-you-go bookings a breeze in the future.
