Body Combat Body combat is a high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is totally non-contact. Punch and kick your way to fitness and burn up to 570 calories in a class. No experience needed. Learn moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira and Kung Fu. Release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ. Bring your best fighter attitude and leave inhibitions at the door.

Children between the ages of 4 and 7 must be accompanied by an adult (aged 16 or above) on a one adult to two children ratio. However, children aged 8 or older are permitted to use the pool unaccompanied. These guidelines are in place to maintain safety and supervision while providing an enjoyable experience for all participants.

Quieter Hours

Every visitor to our centre is important to us and we want to help make your visit as easy as possible. At our centre, we're introducing Quieter Hours to support our visitors with sensory needs.

Our Quieter Hours are operating every Friday from 1pm until 3pm.

While we aim to keep the centre as peaceful as possible throughout our Quieter Hours, our centre may be busier at these times during the school holidays.
